Differential Pressure Transducer

The transducer uses an optical sensing system, which allows it to operate by a fiber optic link. No electronics are in the transducer and electronics are remotely located. A new patent utilizes common mode bi-directional pressure sensing strut tubes. It can be used for gage, absolute and differential pressure measurements. It does not require a computer to linearize or temperature compensation to achieve specified accuracy.
