Oxford Instruments introduces the MAXXI 6 X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) analyzer for coating thickness and materials analysis. The MAXXI 6 uses a high-resolution SDD detector capable of measuring coatings down to the nanoscale and element composition at trace level.
