CHICAGO-The National Fastener Distributors Association (NFDA) is moving its headquarters to 401 North Michigan Ave., Chicago, home of SmithBucklin Corp.

The NFDA Board of Directors decided to explore options for managing the association to build NFDA's membership and strengthen overall networking and education values. Following an extensive search, the NFDA Board made a unanimous decision to partner with SmithBucklin.

"Our goal is to build on the association's solid foundation and support its strategic growth and goals," says Peter Sullivan, NFDA president.

With the relocation of NFDA's headquarters, Karen Hurley assumes the responsibilities of NFDA executive vice president.

"Karen is an experienced association executive and we are happy to have her experience and input on the team as we make the most of NFDA's strategic opportunities," Sullivan says.
