PROVIDENCE, RI-Mahr Federal Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of the German-based Carl Mahr Holding GmbH, announces Tony Picone as its CEO and president. Picone replaces former CEO Craig Crossley.

"I am very much looking forward to the opportunities available to Mahr Federal," says Picone.

Picone joined the company in 2001. Prior to Mahr Federal, Picone's work experience includes the Department of Defense, executive vice president and general manager of Fry Technology, and several senior financial and operations management positions with Invensys Group.
