Toronto, ON, August 6-Interfast Inc., the North American master distributor for Unbrako socket screw products, has announced that Deepak Fasteners Ltd. has acquired the Unbrako product brand including all rights, trade name, trade mark, registration, Australian distribution facility and the Shannon Ireland Unbrako manufacturing plant and distribution facility. Interfast will continue to carry on the same responsibilities for the brand in North America to ensure a seamless transition for its distributors and users.
