ONTARIO, CA-Walker Corp., a precision metalforming company, has acquired Specialty International de Mexico (SIM), a metal fabricating, welding, assembly and powder coating operation located in Monclova, NL, Mexico. The acquired company will become Walker Specialty International de Mexico, a division of Walker Corp.
Walker Corp. has also purchased equipment and leased facilities formerly occupied by Monterrey Metal Products (MMP) in Apodaca (Monterrey), NL, Mexico. This location also will operate as Walker Specialty International de Mexico.
