NEWELL, WV-–TheMarsh Bellofram Group of Companies announced its acquisition of ServoTek Products Company, Inc. (ServoTek) of Hawthorne, NJ.

Under the terms of the acquisition, ServoTek manufacturing has been moved to Marsh Bellofram global corporate headquarters in Newell, WV. Products will continue to be offered, both standard and custom, under the ServoTek brand, with customer service and technical sales support also transferred to Newell.
