When we feel the urge to be critical of someone else, we need to stop, think and look first within ourself.
When we feel the urge to be critical of someone else, we need to stop, think and look first within ourselves. The weaknesses and shortcomings we may so easily perceive in others may very well be pointing to improvements we can make in our own life.
Instead of depending on others to change, or trying to force them to change, look for positive changes that we can personally make. We'll always have much more success controlling our own life than we will have of controlling others.
If we want to live in a positive world, be a positive person. If we want success, think and act successful. If we want people to trust us, have integrity and keep your commitments.
Life is a mirror that reflects our most authentic self back to us. It flows from the inside out.
The values and priorities that we live by will greatly influence the world that we live in. The thoughts and feelings we hold most consistently on the inside will determine how life unfolds for us on the outside.
We need to allow our strength, determination, confidence and respectfulness to flow from the inside out. Make your world the best it can be. At the end of the day, it really is up to us.
