U.S. Laboratories Acquires Moore Consulting

U.S. Laboratories Inc. (San Diego), an international quality control specialty services company, has acquired Moore Consulting, a geo-technical and environmental firm. Roy E. Moore, founder of Moore Consulting, will join U.S. Laboratories as executive vice president for the company's national geotechnical and environmental operations.
