SATRA can now carry out calibration of class 1, 2 and 3 static uniaxial, screw driven force testing machines in tension and compression between 10N and 30KN.

In addition, durometers used to measure hardness in polymers, elastomers and rubbers and other non-metal materials - and indentometers used to characterise flexible foams - can also be calibrated to UKAS standards.
