COPENHAGEN, DENMARK-Provider of camera solutions JAI has announced that Henrik Ilsby has been appointed senior vice president for global sales and marketing. Ilsby will be based in JAI’s Copenhagen office and will drive the company’s sales and marketing activities through regional sales and marketing teams in Europe, the Americas and Asia.

Ilsby is returning to JAI after a two-year absence, having started at the company in 1994 and spending 13 years there, holding various sales positions. His prior industry involvement includes not only significantly growing JAI’s charge-coupled device (CCD) camera business, but also serving as a board member of the Automated Imaging Association (AIA).
