WEST BERLIN, NJ – Thwing-Albert Instrument Co.,a manufacturer of materials testing equipment, announced its acquisition of Protek Group.
Protek Group is an ISO9001 conforming contract manufacturer with capabilities in mechanical and electrical assemblies, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, prototyping, plating, and painting.
Thwing-Albert is a manufacturer and global distributor of materials testing instruments. The addition of Protek Group enables Thwing-Albert to manufacture custom parts in-house, thereby increasing productivity and turnaround. The acquisition will result in a better customer experience and an increased level of company productivity.
