Dedicated to electromagnetic inspection technologies, Eddyfi launched a new line of magnetic flux leakage (MFL) tubing probes. The improved design relies on high-performance magnetic sensors that eliminate the need for an external absolute drift compensation adapter box, which lacked practicality in real-life inspections. While the new probes produce signals that are equivalent to existing probes on the market, they are much more straightforward to use and highly durable.

MFL probes are ideal for detecting small pits and other corrosion damage inside and outside ferromagnetic tubing, like fin fans and other types of air cooler heat exchangers, for example.
