BOSTON — Zeiss will open the doors to its new Metrology Service Center in Marlborough, Mass. from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a two-day technology and learning event.
Zeiss engineers will show off the latest innovations and sharing new metrology methods all day, both days. The event will include food throughout the day and there will be time for networking with other professionals. Attendees will also have an opportunity to win a pair of Zeiss Terra binoculars.
GD&T Session GD&T session at event: 10 a.m. each day
Mark Foster, the president of Applied Geometrics, Inc., has over 30 years of experience in design, quality, and GD&T. In these sessions, he shows how communicating engineering specifications ensures everyone understands the process, he explains blueprint nomenclatures and how GD&T (ASME Y14.5) is the standard. Check the GD&T box when you register, seating is limited.
