The MetraSCAN 3D R-Series solution enables manufacturing companies to combine both optical measurements and industrial automation, to ensure reliability and increase inspection cycles. The solution provides actionable results with a smaller factory footprint, facilitating integration into any factory.
Designed for shop-floor measurement applications, the R-Series solution includes the following key components:
Automatic field calibration procedure: No accuracy drift over time and continuous operation;
Shop floor reliability: Industrial components (industrial-grade tool changer, computers and touch screens; NEMA 12 certification; fully robotized calibration; among others.);
Metrology-grade measurements: Accuracy up to 0.030 mm, resolution of up to 0.050 mm, high repeatability and traceable certificate.
