PARIS, France — Trescal, a international specialist in calibration services, acquired Diamond Technical Services (DTS), based in Boston, and ACTEAM Industries in Nantes, France.

Founded in 2003, DTS is a ANAB ISO 17025 (2005) accredited calibration laboratory with skills in dimensional, pressure and temperature, particularly in accordance to the requirements of AMS 2750E specifications. DTS employs 23 people and its sales reached $2.5 million in 2017.

The CEO, Timothy Mullen, will remain in his current position to pursue the development and the integration of the company within Trescal Group.

Founded in 2006, ACTEAM provides high-accuracy assembly tools and COFRAC-accredited calibration services in torque. The company employs 12 people and its sales reached a turnover of €2.1 million in 2017. The company addresses all industrial sectors in particular aeronautics, automotive, transport and energy.

The founder and CEO, Christophe Poisson, will remain in his current position to pursue the development and the integration of the company within Trescal.

"

These are the third and fourth acquisitions carried out with the support of the main shareholder OMERS.
