Test Equipment Distributors, LLC (TED), a nondestructive testing (NDT) distributor headquartered in Troy, MI, has acquired Centura Incorporated, a provider of both medical and NDT x-ray products and services. Centura Incorporated is composed of two entities, Centura NDT and Centura X-ray, both headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio.

Centura NDT is a distributor of equipment, supplies, and services encompassing all methods of nondestructive testing. Their products and services help clients in the Aerospace/Aviation, Automotive, Utility and other diverse industries achieve safety and reliability. Centura X-ray is focused on the distribution of x-ray equipment, imaging equipment, supplies and services leading to optimal patient care in the Medical, Veterinary, and Chiropractic industries.
