LUCID Vision Labs, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of unique and innovative industrial vision cameras, announced the release of a new version of ArenaView with built-in JupyterLab support.
JupyterLab is the latest web-based interactive development environment for notebooks, code, and data. Its flexible interface allows users to configure and arrange workflows in data science, scientific computing, computational journalism, and machine learning. JupyterLab in ArenaView provides a built-in and preconfigured interactive development environment that can be used to easily test and validate a camera’s features and performance. JupyterLab enables application designers to speed up their product qualification workflow without the need to set up a custom development environment, allowing a shorter cycle for evaluation, testing and prototyping.
All LUCID cameras conform to the GigE Vision 2.0 and GenICam3 standards and are supported by LUCID’s own Arena software development kit. The Arena SDK provides customers with easy access to the latest industry standards and software technology. The SDK supports Windows, Linux 64bit and Linux ARM operating systems, and C, C++, C# and Python programming languages.
