James Bennett is the chief technical officer at the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT). He is a centrally certified Level III (ASNT) and previously an employer based certified Level III for NAS410. James is responsible for the certification & technical services department and also the new Centre for Excellence (CfE).
