What we get in life is pretty much how we behave, coming back at us.

There are scores of books and numerous articles written on this subject by people with far more credentials than I possess; however, maybe we shouldn’t over think this conundrum which might allow us to come up with a fairly simple answer.

Some people have the mistaken idea that people with high self-esteem think that they are perfect. But the truth is that people with high self-esteem are always looking for ways they can improve.

If we take responsibility for our lives--our reality--then, as Tony Robbins said, we are in power. If we avoid it, then we have lost that power.

The secret to motivating others is to find out what matters to them and build it into your idea.  

Expectations don't magically change reality. Expectations, however, do something even more powerful--they change the way we deal with reality.

Self-talk has the power to build up or erode your self-image and determine what kind of relationships you have with other people.

If we never dare to fail, our successes will have a low ceiling, and low reward.
