The SATEC Series 2,000 kilonewton universal testing machine performs tension, compression and flexure tests on high-strength materials, including metals, fasteners, chain, wire, composites, wood and concrete. The machine has a single, large test space that makes it easy to provide different stroke lengths and extended test openings to suit unique applications without costly customization.

The upper actuator design makes the testing space easily accessible, increasing efficiency, productivity and operator safety. The system also has a variable pressure hydraulic power supply that reduces noise and heat generation. Optional open-faced high-capacity grips can be added to make specimen loading simpler and more efficient.
